What to Expect – Before & After
Before the Procedure:
Before your Profhilo treatment, you'll have a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Sofia to discuss your skin concerns, goals, and medical history. A personalised treatment plan will be created, and on the day of your appointment, a numbing cream may be applied to ensure comfort. The treatment itself takes about 15–30 minutes, where Profhilo is gently injected under the skin using fine needles. There's very little discomfort involved.
After the Procedure:
After treatment, small bumps may appear at the injection sites, but these usually fade within 1–2 days. You can go back to normal activities right away, but it’s best to avoid touching the area or doing intense exercise for 24 hours. Over the next few weeks, your skin will start to look more hydrated, firm, and radiant. For the best results, two sessions spaced four weeks apart are usually recommended.
