What to Expect – Before & After
Before the Procedure:
You’ll begin with a consultation where Dr. Sofia will examine your skin and choose the best peel for you. We advise avoiding exfoliating products, retinol, direct sun, or waxing for at least 2–3 days before treatment.
After the Procedure:
The session takes around 20–30 minutes. After the peel, your skin may feel slightly warm, tight, or appear red—this is normal. Light peeling or flaking may begin after a day or two and last a few days. Avoid touching, scrubbing, or exposing your skin to sunlight. Results appear gradually as your fresh skin is revealed, typically within 5–7 days. For deeper skin issues, a series of treatments may be needed.
